Series A-1 Stated Value definition
Series A-1 Stated Value means, with respect to a share of Series A-1 Preferred Stock, the amount that equals the Series A Accrued Value of the Series A Preferred Stock as of August 23, 2006 (as adjusted for any split, subdivision, combination, consolidation, recapitalization or similar event with respect to the Series A-1 Preferred Stock).
Series A-1 Stated Value means $100.00 per Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Share; provided that such value shall be proportionately adjusted to reflect any stock dividend, stock split, combination of shares, reclassification, reorganization, recapitalization or other similar event affecting the Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Stock.
Series A-1 Stated Value means, with respect to a share of Series A-1 Preferred Stock, $1,000.

Series A-1 Stated Value means, as of any date of determination, with respect to each share of Series A-1 Preferred Stock, the sum of (x) One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) plus (y) the Per Share A-1 Adjustment Amount plus (z) the Additional Per Share A-1 Adjustment Amount, which Series A-1 Stated Value shall be subject to appropriate adjustment from time to time in the event of any stock dividend (other than the Series A-1 Preferred Dividends), stock split, reverse stock split, reclassification, stock combination or other recapitalization affecting the Series A-1 Preferred Stock.
Series A-1 Stated Value means the initial stated value of the Series A-1 Preferred Stock, as may be adjusted from time to time under the Series A Certificate of Designation.
