Series Accounts definition

Series Accounts means, collectively, the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Accumulation Account, the Distribution Account, the Reserve Account and the Spread Account.

Series Accounts is defined in Section 4.2.

Examples of Series Accounts in a sentence

• To the extent specified in the Series Supplement with respect to any Series of Notes, the Trustee may establish and maintain one or more Series Accounts and/or administrative accounts of any such Series Account in accordance with the terms of such Series Supplement.

• If so provided in the related Supplement, the Trustee, for the benefit of the Investor Certificateholders, shall cause to be established and maintained in the name of the Trust, one or more Series Accounts.

More Definitions of Series Accounts

Series Accounts means the Principal Funding Account and the Reserve Account.

Series Accounts. Any deposit, trust, escrow, collateral, reserve or similar account established and maintained by the Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders of any Series or Class as specified in any Series Supplement.
