Series B Unit definition

Series B Unit means a Partnership Interest issued pursuant to Section 5.13 and representing a Limited Partner’s interest in the Partnership having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Series B Units in this Agreement.
Series B Unit means one Series B Preferred Share and five (5) Series B Warrants.

  • The Over-allotment Option granted pursuant to Section 1.2.1 hereof may be exercised by the Representative as to all (at any time) or any part (from time to time) of the Option Units within 45 days after the Effective Date; provided, however, that any exercise of the Over-allotment Option must ensure that the net proceeds to the Company therefrom will be sufficient for the Company to deposit an amount equal to at least $10.10 per Series B Unit as to which the Over-allotment Option is exercised.

More Definitions of Series B Unit

Series B Unit means a Company Voting Unit designated as such, which Series B Unit shall have the rights described herein and otherwise governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
