Series C Conversion Date definition

Series C Conversion Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.14(b)(viii)(D).
Series C Conversion Date means, as the case may be, (a) with respect to any shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock voluntarily converted into Common Stock pursuant to Section 7.5.1, the date on which the Company receives a Conversion Notice relating to such shares, together with the certificate or certificates representing such shares, or (b) with respect to all shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock automatically converted into Common Stock pursuant to Section 7.5.2, the date of the Conversion Event.
Series C Conversion Date means the consummation date of an IPO that is not a Qualified IPO.

Series C Conversion Date means: (i) the date when such written notice required by Section 4.6 is received by the Company, together with the certificate or certificates representing the shares of Series C Stock being converted, or (ii) the date on which any event occurs causing an automatic conversion of the shares of Series C Stock pursuant to Section 4.1(b).
