Series C Financing definition

Series C Financing means the purchase of Series C Preferred Stock of MP3 by Cox Xxxeractive Media, Inc. pursuant to that certain Series C Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of May 19, 1999.
Series C Financing has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Series C Financing means the offer and sale by Enlivex of Enlivex Preferred C Shares, on terms and subject to conditions as determined by Enlivex in its sole discretion.
