Series F Distribution Payment Date definition

Series F Distribution Payment Date means the 15th day of each May and November of each year (except that the Series F Distribution Payment Date for the initial Series F Distribution Period shall be May 15, 2020); provided however, that if any Series F Distribution Payment Date would otherwise occur on a day that is not a Business Day, such Series F Distribution Payment Date shall instead be on the immediately succeeding Business Day.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 54.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.
