Series F Indenture definition

Series F Indenture means the Senior Note Indenture, as amended by the Second Supplemental Indenture, dated October 14, 2015, to the Senior Note Indenture, as such Second Supplemental Indenture is in effect on the Closing Date.
Series F Indenture means the Indenture dated as of December 24, 1997 among the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors thereto and Texas Commerce Bank National Association, as Trustee, providing for the issuance of the Series F Notes in the aggregate principal amount of $70,000,000, as such may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Series F Indenture. The meaning set forth in Section 4(k) hereof.

Examples of Series F Indenture in a sentence

  • Purchaser shall comply with the covenants contained in the Series F Indenture as in effect on the date of this Agreement and will promptly notify Seller of a default or an Event of Default (as defined in the Series F Indenture) or event that with the passage of time would result in a default or an Event of Default.

  • Purchaser conducts no business other than entry into this Agreement, the Series F Indenture and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Seller in connection with a Future Receivables Transaction, Purchaser shall conduct no business other than entry into this Agreement, the Series F Indenture and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

  • Purchaser is in compliance with the covenants contained in the Series E Indenture and the Series F Indenture as in effect on the date of this Agreement.

  • Purchaser and Series F Purchaser shall comply with the covenants contained in the Series G Indenture and the Series F Indenture, respectively, as in effect on the date of this Agreement and will promptly notify Seller of a default or an Event of Default (as defined in the Series G Indenture and the Series F Indenture, as applicable) or event that with the passage of time would result in a default or an Event of Default.

  • Purchaser and Series F Purchaser are in compliance with the covenants contained in the Series F Indenture and the Indenture, dated as of October 13, 2022, by and between Series F Purchaser, as issuer, and U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee (the “Series F Indenture”), respectively as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
