"SERVICING OFFICE" means the Company's office which administers this policy. As of this policy's Date of Issue, the address of the Servicing Office is as shown on the back cover of this policy. Related to Series Fund

  • Surplus Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.
