SERIES INITIAL PERIOD definition
SERIES INITIAL PERIOD means, as to a Series of 2000 Notes, the period commencing on the Closing Date and continuing through the day immediately preceding the Series Initial Rate Adjustment Date for such Series.
Series Invested Amount means the Initial Invested Amount.
Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
First Liquidation Target Amount has the meaning given such term in Section 6.1(c)(i)(D).
Second Liquidation Target Amount has the meaning given such term in Section 6.1(c)(i)(E).
