Series Interest and Additional Funding Expenses definition

Series Interest and Additional Funding Expenses means, in respect of a Series held by the Trust for any Reporting Day, an amount equal to the sum of the Additional Funding Expenses and the Interest incurred or accrued in respect of the Series for the related Reporting Period.
Series Interest and Additional Funding Expenses means, in respect of the Series 2024-1 Ownership Interest for any Reporting Day, subject to Section 2.2(i), an amount equal to the sum of the Additional Funding Expenses and the Interest incurred or accrued in respect of the Series 2024-1 Ownership Interest for the related Reporting Period;
Series Interest and Additional Funding Expenses means, in respect of a Series for a Reporting Period, an amount specified as such to be calculated or otherwise determined in respect of the Reporting Period in accordance with the related Series Purchase Agreement, as the same may be amended for the Series in accordance with the related Series Purchase Agreement.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;
