Examples of Series J Offered Units in a sentence

  • In addition to the Series J Exchange Consideration, concurrently with any exchange pursuant to this Paragraph 7, the Operating Partnership shall pay the Series J Exercising Holder cash in an amount equal to any distribution shortfall described in Section 6.2(a)(iii) of the Partnership Agreement with respect to the Series J Offered Units outstanding on the date of the exchange.

  • Sections 5, 6, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 22 shall survive any termination of these Terms.

  • Initial Offering means the Company’s first firm commitment underwritten public offering of its Common Stock registered under the Securities Act.

  • Series B Securities means the 11-1/2% Senior Notes due 2007, Series B, of the Company to be issued pursuant to this Indenture in exchange for the Series A Securities pursuant to the Registered Exchange Offer and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Redeemed Units has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a).

  • Purchased Units means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, the number of Common Units equal to the aggregate Purchase Price set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name under the column titled “Purchase Price” set forth on Schedule A hereto divided by the Common Unit Price.

  • Early Preference Share Redemption Date means the day falling ten Business Days after the Early Preference Share Valuation Date.

  • Lock-Up Securities has the meaning set out in Section 5(l).
