Series Liabilities definition

Series Liabilities means as of any particular time any and all debts, obligations or other liabilities, contingent or otherwise, of or relating to a particular Series of the Trust.
Series Liabilities means, with respect to a series of Shares of a Class, the liabilities referable to that series of a Class, other than the Corporation Liabilities and Class Liabilities;

Series Liabilities means the liabilities of the Issuer in respect of this Series identified in the Accounting Records (by way of the prefixing of a unique numeral) as being attributable solely to this Series;

All references to Shares shall be deemed to be Shares of any or all Series or Classes as the context may require. "Trust" shall mean the trust established pursuant to the Initial Declaration and the Certificate and continued pursuant to the terms of this Declaration. "Trustees" shall mean the trustees in office on the date hereof, so long as each such Person shall continue in office in accordance with the terms hereof, and all other Persons who at the time in question have been duly elected or appointed and have qualified as trustees in accordance with the provisions hereof and are then in office.
Series Liabilities means, in respect of any particular series of Trust Units, the liabilities of such series of Trust Units for the Distribution Period that are referable specifically to that series.
