Serious Infractions. METRO may also determine that an infraction is 14 misconduct, negligence, or a serious performance problem, which warrants discipline under the just 15 cause standard. A suspension under this Section may be issued up to, but not to exceed, five days.

Examples of Serious Infractions in a sentence
