SERP Rollover Account definition

SERP Rollover Account means an account on the books of the Company that reflects (i) a Participant's SERP Rollover Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited to the Participant's SERP Rollover Account in accordance with the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or the Participant's Beneficiary from the Participant's SERP Rollover Account.
