Server Edition definition

Server Edition means the Pervasive PSQL Server Edition software You have received from Pervasive with this Agreement that operates on a Server which may be incorporated into a Communications Network, including all applicable Updates.

Examples of Server Edition in a sentence

  • If You cannot accurately track the number of Concurrent Users accessing the Workstation/Workgroup Edition under the Concurrent User License and maintain appropriate Records in accordance with Section 11.6 below, then You must purchase a Cloud Server Edition License.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, there are no restrictions on use of the Cloud Server Edition as a "software as a service", in an application service provider environment, and/or on the Internet or Intranet or by multiplexing (as defined below).

  • If You use hardware or software to pool connections, reroute information, and reduce the number of Devices, Servers or users that directly access or use the Server Software, or reduce the number of Devices, Servers or users the Server Software directly manages (sometimes referred to as "multiplexing" or "pooling"), then You are required to purchase the Cloud Server Edition Capacity-based License.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due.   • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Prescription monitoring program “PMP,” or “program” means the program established pursuant to 657—Chapter 37 for the collection and maintenance of PMP information and for the provision of PMP information to authorized individuals.
