Server Edition definition

Server Edition means the Pervasive PSQL Server Edition software You have received from Pervasive with this Agreement that operates on a Server which may be incorporated into a Communications Network, including all applicable Updates.

Examples of Server Edition in a sentence

  • If Customer uses Remote Desktop Server Edition or other technology to run two or more instances (copies) of the same Software on a single Server or Device then a separate license must be purchased for each instance (copy) of the Software being run.

  • Under Server Edition Concurrent User Licenses, You may use the Server Edition solely for Your internal business purposes.

  • If You have properly licensed the Server Edition and/or the Vx Server Edition and if the Server running such software has failed, Actian grants to You a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable and revocable right to no more than three (3) limited consecutive terms of up to seven (7) consecutive days per term to use a replacement copy of such software provided by Actian (the “Insurance Software”) in accordance with the applicable licenses granted herein.

  • This product provides program code of the DB2 Connect Personal Edition as well as program code identical to the DB2 Connect Application Server Edition for unlimited deployment throughout an organization.

  • If You cannot accurately track the number of Concurrent Users accessing the Workstation/Workgroup Edition under the Concurrent User License and maintain appropriate Records in accordance with Section 11.4 below, then You must purchase a Vx Server Edition License.

  • System Life means all phases of the system's development, production, or support.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.
