Service A definition

Service A means the estimating and cost advice stage, which for the services lis- ted in columns 2 to 5 and 8 of 2.3 and 2, 3 and 5 of 2.4 in broad terms includes:
Service A the performance by IGEN or its Affiliates of an in vitro diagnostic procedure utilizing PCR Technology, Other Technology, RT and RT-PCR Technology and/or Quantitation Technology on a sample of material obtained from a human being solely to detect the presence, absence or quantity of a nucleic acid sequence associated with a human disease or condition within the Diagnostic Services Field; or
Service A the performance by SLI of an in vitro diagnostic procedure utilizing PCR Technology, Other Technology, RT and RT-PCR Technology and/or Quantitation Technology on a sample of material obtained from a human being solely to detect the presence, absence or quantity of a nucleic acid sequence associated with a human disease or condition within the Licensed Field; or

  • With 10 Years or More of Service A full-time employee with ten (10) or more years of service with the University (or State) shall have earned and is entitled to one hundred sixty (160) hours of vacation leave with full pay.

  • They answer a contact on Service A in Period 1 and completes the contact in period 1 after 400 seconds.

  • Payments to the Architect of the Basic Fee shall be allocated for the Basic Services as follows: For Service A - Schematic Design Phase Ten percent (10%) For Service B - Preliminary Design Phase Fifteen percent (15%) For Service C - Final Design Phase Fifty percent (50%) For Service D - Construction Contract Procurement Five percent (5%) For Service E - Construction Contract Administration Twenty percent (20%).

  • Year of Service: A year of service shall be defined as teaching at least two (2) of the four (4) semesters (Summer II, Fall, Spring and/or Summer I) of an academic year.
