Service Acceptance Notice definition

Service Acceptance Notice means a written notice from KFN that the Service Order has been installed by KFN pursuant to the Customer Order, and has been tested and is functioning properly, defining the Service Commencement Date.
Service Acceptance Notice means a notice that a Reuters customer has accepted that a Connection may be used to provide a Reuters Customer Service to that customer;
Service Acceptance Notice means a written notice from Contractor that the applicable Service has been installed by Contractor pursuant to the Order Request, and has been tested and is functioning properly. The Service Acceptance Notice also defines the Service Commencement Date.

Examples of Service Acceptance Notice in a sentence

  • Upon installation and testing of the Service requested in any Customer Order, KFN will deliver to Customer a Service Acceptance Notice.

  • Acceptance shall be deemed to have occurred if Customer does not respond in writing within Insert Contractual Interval of receipt of this Service Acceptance Notice stating with specificity the reason(s) that the circuit does not meet the applicable System Acceptance Criteria.
