Service Allocation definition

Service Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Service Allocation means the allocation, in accordance with the Service Allocation Rules, of the available Storage Services by Storage Operator for the Storage Users for use of the Storage Services by these Storage Users.

Service Allocation is defined as that portion of the Normalized Hold or Actual Hold, as applicable, allocated under this Agreement to be expended as maintenance for the Equipment and Software and Supporting Equipment, including without limitation glass changes, with the exception of custom glass. The Service Allocation shall be reflected in the "MegaNanza Sales Summary" report.

Related to Service Allocation
