Service Availability Credit definition

Service Availability Credit. The remedy BluIP will provide for a Valid Claim (as defined in the SLA). The Service Availability Credit will be applied in the form of a credit as set forth in the Agreement.

Service Availability Credit means a dollar credit, calculated in accordance with Section 3 of this Schedule D, for the calendar months during which the Subscription Services fall below the Service Commitment

Examples of Service Availability Credit in a sentence

  • Only one (1) Service Availability Credit is available in any given calendar month.

  • Service Availability Credit requests must include Your Account name or Account number and the dates and specific times for which You are requesting Service Availability Credits.

  • The Service Availability Credit will be calculated at rates specified within the schedule set forth below.

  • A Service Availability Credit will be issued only if Company confirms from such data that a Service Availability Credit is available.

  • Only one Service Availability Credit is available in any given calendar month.

  • Service Availability Credit requests must include Your account name or account number and the dates and specific times for which You are requesting Service Availability Credits.

  • The total Service Availability Credit due to You for any Cloud Voice Services affected may not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the monthly fees charged for use of the affected Cloud Voice Service during the month for which the Service Availability Credit is to be issued, unless the amount to be credited is less than one dollar ($1.00), in which case the credit amount will be one dollar ($1.00).

  • Notwithstanding anything set forth in the MSA or this SLA, the Service Availability Credit described in this Section 4 of this SLA will be Your sole and exclusive remedy in connection with any loss of Service Availability as described in such section or breach by Company of the MSA or this SLA.

  • Limit may not exceed 50% of the monthly fees charged for use of the affected Cloud Voice Service during the month for which the Service Availability Credit is to be issued.

  • The Wavelength Service Availability Credit shall be equal to 1% of the Monthly Recurring Fee for Wavelength Service for the respective month for every 0.1% (or portion thereof) that the Service Availability falls below the Wavelength Service Availability Target.
