Service Availability Credit definition

Service Availability Credit. The remedy BluIP will provide for a Valid Claim (as defined in the SLA). The Service Availability Credit will be applied in the form of a credit as set forth in the Agreement.

  • Only one (1) Service Availability Credit is available in any given calendar month.
