Service Availability Date means, for any Service Agreement, the later of

  • Final Availability Date means the earlier of the Revolving Termination Date and one (1) Business Day prior to the date specified in clause (a) of the definition of Revolving Termination Date.

  • Revolving Facility Termination Date means the earlier of (i) August 9, 2018, or (ii) the date that the Commitments have been terminated pursuant to Section 8.02.
