Service Bank definition

Service Bank means the Agent or the Security Trustee;

Service Bank. This is the depository institution that handles all funds transfers for the Service. There may be one or more Service Banks. A depository institution may serve in more than one of these roles. For a complete list of the Deposit Banks, the Cash Bank and the corresponding Custodial Bank for each, please see here. You agree that all of your communications regarding the Service, including communications regarding us and any Deposit Bank, Service Bank, Custodial Bank, or Cash Bank and any Transaction, will be through us. We will provide you with the current list of Product Banks available to you and their offers for CDs and MMDAs (“Offers”) via ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. We may change the list of Product Banks and Offers available to you at any time.

  • Unless Client is enrolled in Bank’s Electronic Tax Payment Service, Bank does not recommend that Client use the Bill Payment Service to pay Client’s federal, state or local taxes, courts or other governmental entities.

  • In connection with providing access to any Service, Bank may provide or make available to Customer certain information, processes or technologies, including but not limited to access codes, security devices, tokens, certificates and other methods of user identification or authentication (“Credentials”).
