Service-Based Restricted Stock Unit definition

Service-Based Restricted Stock Unit means a right, whether or not then vested, to acquire one share of Company Common Stock in the future upon the satisfaction of specified service-based vesting requirements, which right was granted on or prior to the date hereof to any current or former employee, director, consultant or advisor of the Company or any Company Subsidiary or any other Person, whether under any stock option plan or otherwise (including the Stock Plans).
