Examples of Service Commencement Notice in a sentence

  • The Department’s issuance of the Service Commencement Notice shall not constitute a waiver by the Department of any then-existing Concessionaire Default.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Customer has not provided Cologix with its final power configuration with respect to the ordered Service(s) within ten (10) business days of Customer’s execution of the applicable Service Order, Customer acknowledges that Cologix shall have the right to deliver the Service Commencement Notice and commence billing for the Service(s) despite the fact that the Service(s) are not available to Customer for Customer’s use.
