Service Connection Fee definition

Service Connection Fee means the fee charged by the District to compensate it for its costs incurred in connecting an owner to the District water supply system, exclusive of any required hook-up fee. The service connection fee shall be set by the District, in it's sole discretion, in accordance with Article 4, Section 4-03. In the event that any individual service connection requires extra labor or materials, the District will impose an additional charge to that owner for those additional expenses.

Examples of Service Connection Fee in a sentence

  • The Rural Water and Sewer Service Connection Fee is non-refundable and is only payable either as a lump sum at the beginning of the program or bi-monthly over 25 years from the date of connection.

Related to Service Connection Fee

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;
