Service Connection Fee definition

Service Connection Fee means the fee charged by the District to compensate it for its costs incurred in connecting an owner to the District water supply system, exclusive of any required hook-up fee. The service connection fee shall be set by the District, in it's sole discretion, in accordance with Article 4, Section 4-03. In the event that any individual service connection requires extra labor or materials, the District will impose an additional charge to that owner for those additional expenses.
Service Connection Fee means the fee, outlined in the Fees and Charges Bylaw, payable to the Municipality to support the field inspection of the Service Connection Point tie-in work to ensure it meets the Municipality’s Municipal Design Standards.
Service Connection Fee means the amounts outlined in Schedule A.

Service Connection Fee means that fee set out in the Master Rates Bylaw charged by the Village for the connection of Premises to the Water System or Sanitary Sewer System, as applicable.

Related to Service Connection Fee

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.
