Service Consents definition

Service Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Service Consents means all permissions, consents, approvals, certificates, permits, licences, statutory agreements, authorisations, exceptions and declarations required by Applicable Law, for or in connection with the performance of Clinical Services, and all necessary consents and agreements from any third parties needed to carry out the Clinical Services (including, without limitation Healthcare Commission Registration), and other obligations of the Provider, in accordance with these Rules save to the extent that the same can only be obtained by the Authority or the relevant Purchasing Authority;

Examples of Service Consents in a sentence

  • All expenses associated with obtaining such Financial Service Consents shall be borne by NFI; provided, however, that each of NFI and each Investor shall bear its own expenses incurred in connection with its cooperation with NFI's efforts to obtain such Financial Services Consents, including the costs and fees payable to its own counsel in connection therewith.

  • Seller shall bear all costs related to obtaining any Service Consents.

  • The Seller shall keep the Purchaser regularly informed of the progress of obtaining these consents (the “Service Consents”) and shall in any event notify the Purchaser as to which Service Consents have been granted and which have not no later than one month following the date of signature of this Agreement.

  • All Expenses associated with obtaining such Financial Service Consents shall be borne by the Company; provided, however, that each of Seller and Purchaser shall bear its own Expenses incurred in connection with its cooperation with the Company’s efforts to obtain such Consents, including the costs and fees payable to its own counsel in connection therewith.
