Landlord shall be responsible for compliance with the Disability Acts in the Common Area, Service Corridors and Service Areas.
The Company shall, in addition to other amounts specifically payable by it under this Agreement, be responsible for the payment of all taxes attributable to the Company, including, without limitation, those taxes attributable to the Company’s use and occupancy of the Service Corridors, and for the payment of the cost of all services and utilities consumed in respect of the Company’s operations.
