Service Deficiency definition

Service Deficiency means a Power Deficiency or a HVAC Deficiency.
Service Deficiency has the meaning given to that term in Part A of Annex 3 to Schedule 1 (Schedule of Requirements); Services Damages has the meaning given to that term in Clause 10.16;
Service Deficiency means any defect in the services provided by Verifone on account of Verifone’s negligence, delay or non compliance with agreed Specifications.

Examples of Service Deficiency in a sentence

  • If the site is under a sponsor, immediately provide a copy of the completed Catered Meal Service Deficiency Report (Attachment 10) to the sponsor.

  • If the deficiency involves potentially hazardous food, notify the Department immediately and submit a copy of the completed Catered Meal Service Deficiency Report (Attachment 10) to the Department within twenty-four hours.

  • Complete the Catered Meal Service Deficiency Report (Attachment 10) and send it to the Caterer if there is a deficiency.

  • Positive shall send written notice (the “Deficiency Notice”) to the Management Company describing in detail the Positive Board’s reasons for finding a Material Service Deficiency and, following the Deficiency Notice, the Management Company shall take such corrective action as may be necessary to cure such Material Service Deficiency within sixty (60) days of the date of such Deficiency Notice.

  • The Material Service Deficiency shall not, except as otherwise provided in Section 9(c), constitute a material breach of a material provision of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8(d).

  • Atossa shall not be obligated to pay the Monthly Service Fee if Distributor is in breach of this Agreement or if there is a Service Deficiency (the “Suspended Service Fee”).

  • The Parties further acknowledge that it is necessary during the years prior to that time to generate an adequate balance in the DPAC Facility Fund because neither party can project with a high degree of confidence that the amount of the City FF Share and the City’s DPAC Other Revenue generated on an annual basis during those years will be adequate to pay for the Capital Expenditures and the City’s Debt Service Deficiency.

  • If a Service Deficiency is remedied during the term of this Agreement then Atossa shall be obligated to pay the related Suspended Service Fee within 30 days of such determination.

  • To the extent at any such time there are insufficient funds between the Revenue Account and the DSR Account and any draw upon any applicable Cash-Substitute LC to pay the Debt Service Deficiency, such amounts shall be satisfied in the order of priority of the applicable Waterfall Levels.

  • If a Service Deficiency has not been cured within such 90-day period, Servicer may at its sole option, within sixty (60) days thereafter, require Subservicer to solicit bids for an alternative subservicer as provided in Section (d) below.
