Service Detail definition

Service Detail means any Quotation or Order for a Service, signed and delivered by Customer to MetroFibre, and any purchase order and Service Confirmation detailing the specific service to be provided to the Customer.

  • HTC and Customer agree that in consideration for termination, charges will be based on Term and Bundle Pricing referenced in Service Detail Pricing in correspondence with the Service Agreement and any applicable Addendums.

  • The Term of this Agreement begins on the date that service installation shall be deemed complete and the Service is operational unless noted by Customer that service is not operational and will continue for the Term indicated on the Service Detail Agreement.

  • MFN will provide the Services in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement attached hereto as Annexure B (if applicable), the terms of the Service Detail or the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Meal Service Detail set forth therein shall be effective during the term of this contract unless replaced upon agreement of the parties.
