Service Disruption definition

Service Disruption. Upon customer’s written notice to ImageTrend, if Availability for the month is below the guaranteed level, ImageTrend will issue a credit to customer in accordance with the schedule below:
Service Disruption means any of the following conditions
Service Disruption means a delay to one or more trains due to the following causes: Emergencies, wrecks, derailments, fires, fatalities, injuries, serious mechanical problems, or other disruptions that cause a significant impact on service.

  • High any Service Disruption where the DDoS IP Protection Service is significantly impaired or unavailable, either resulting in the Protected Services being blocked or in mitigation (detection, scrubbing, null-routing) not functioning correctly.

More Definitions of Service Disruption

Service Disruption means the occurrence of one or more events which either separately or cumulatively, result in a failure of, or disruption to, any element of the Services;
Service Disruption means an interruption or degradation in the provision of one or more Services by NOVOSERVE to CLIENT, provided that such interruption or degradation is not the result of an Exclusions. Service Credit means a credit, calculated per the SLA Agreement, applied to CLIENT’s account, and used as a credit against future invoices.

Service Disruption means the planned or temporary disruption of goods, services or facilities operated or provided by the City of Kitchener including but not limited to washroom facilities, elevators and websites.
