Service Due Date definition

Service Due Date means the date that Service will be available to Customer, as may be set forth in the Firm Order Confirmation or such other written notice from Contractor to Customer. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any Order Request to the contrary, no Customer requested date for delivery of Service will be effective unless and until confirmed in writing by Contractor through the delivery to Customer of the Service Due Date.
Service Due Date means the date CenturyLink QC makes the Service available to Customer for testing. “SONET” means Synchronous Optical Network.
