Service Entitlement definition

Service Entitlement means the number and the type of Devices permitted to use the Software, as specified in the Documentation.
Service Entitlement means the applicable license metrics and quantities under which the Service is provided to Customer, which may include, without limitation, users, nodes, clusters, clients, requests, services, or workspaces as set forth in an Order Form.
Service Entitlement shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Supplement.

  • Beginning on the Date of Initial Service for each Plant, Producer shall be entitled to specify a Transmission Service Entitlement by advance written notice given to IID's Authorized Representative at least thirty (30) days prior to the Date of Initial Service.

  • Aurizon Network will ensure that, over time, no Railway Operator is favoured over another and, where possible, if one Railway Operator is favoured this time, taking into account the Train Service Entitlement held by a Railway Operator, next time they are not favoured.

  • The LSA allows you to install only one copy of the Software for use on a single Device, unless your Service Entitlement or the applicable transaction documentation from the Provider from which you obtained the Service expressly permits you to use the Software on more than one Device.
