Service Establishments. Providers of goods or services which accept the Card from Cardmembers as a means of payment for purchase or reservation of goods and services. “Statement of Account” - AEME’s monthly or other periodic Statement of Account provided to the Basic Cardmember showing particulars of the New Balance incurred by the Basic Cardmember and payable to AEME.

The E-Statement shall contain the Balance Due, that was incurred by the Basic Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember(s), if any, and payable to AEME.

  • AEME may list any cancelled Card in its cancellation bulletin or otherwise inform the Service Establishments of such cancellation.

  • The Cardmember is not entitled to use the Card to withdraw or extract cash in Service Establishments, and shall only use the Card to purchase goods or services.

  • Owners of Service Establishments who are Cardmembers are not allowed to use their Cards in their own Service Establishments.

  • The Company shall be fully liable for all amounts and damages of any nature that AEME, Service Establishments or third parties may sustain because of his or her fraudulent acts.

  • The Cardmember and the Company shall be fully liable for all amounts and damages of any nature that AEME, Service Establishments or third parties may sustain because of his or her fraudulent acts.

  • Service Establishments Retail and other outlets that accept the Card in payment for goods and services.

  • If the Cardmember notifies Us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent Transactions on the Card performed at Internet based Service Establishments that display the “Online Fraud Guarantee” sign and the Cardmember has complied with this Agreement, the Cardmember or the Company will not be held liable for any Transactions.

  • We may list cancelled Cards in Our cancellation bulletin or otherwise inform Service Establishments of such cancellations.
