Service Failure definition

Service Failure means an unplanned failure and interruption to the provision of the Goods and/or Services, reduction in the quality of the provision of the Goods and/or Services or event which could affect the provision of the Goods and/or Services in the future;
Service Failure means a failure by the Contractor to provide the Services in accordance with any individual service level described above (measured on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis)
Service Failure means a failure by the Supplier to deliver any part of the Services in accordance with the Service Levels.

Examples of Service Failure in a sentence

  • Any absence of Data from reports may, at TfL’s discretion, be deemed a maximum accrual of Service Failure Points for all Performance Indicators which are affected.

  • Where the Authority considers that there has been Non Service Failure Default by the Supplier and that such Non Service Failure Default is capable of remedy by the Supplier, then the Authority may issue a Formal Warning Notice to the Supplier specifying the Non Service Failure Default and requiring that it be remedied by the Supplier at the Supplier’s cost within ten (10) Working Days or such other period of time as the Authority may specify in the Formal Warning Notice.

  • B5.1 Where the Authority believes that a Service Failure has occurred, the Authority may at any time (in its absolute discretion) elect to give a Performance Improvement Notice to the Supplier in respect of such Service Failure and thereby initiate the Performance Improvement Process in accordance with this Clause B5.

  • A failure to meet the required performance level for service levels in table 3 will not be considered a Service Failure in the context of paragraph 7 but DFE expects the contractor to meet the required performance levels and will consider repeated failures as breaches of this contract.
