Critical Service Failure definition

Critical Service Failure shall have the meaning given in paragraph 5.4 of the Order Form;
Critical Service Failure. Means a failure to achieve a Service Level where such a level of failure has been designated as a Critical Service Failure at paragraph 5.4 of the Order Form (Schedule 4 – Order Form and Call- Off Terms).

Critical Service Failure means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf; shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Appendix B to Part A of Schedule 6: Service Levels and Performance Monitoring of the Call Off Agreement;
Critical Service Failure means a failure to achieve a Service Level to the extent specifically set out in paragraph 4.2 of the Order Form;
