Service Funds definition

Service Funds means state public funds or Medicaid funds used to purchase developmental disability services for individuals enrolled in home care services as defined in this rule.

  • As a consequence of this responsibility, Sprint PCS is entitled to 100% of any amounts that Manager, Sprint PCS or their Related Parties receives from Customers (including Customers whose NPA-NXX is assigned to the Service Area) relating to the Universal Service Funds.
