SERVICE GOODS definition
SERVICE GOODS means any goods that are created or prepared by way of a direct request received from the Customer through any electronic format that is used to create such goods. Service Goods are subject to confidentiality and such goods will not be made available to the public by Southpaw via any of the social media platforms unless express permission is granted by the Customer to Southpaw in writing. Service Goods are further subject to the conditions prescribed in the service Payments as indicated in the Supplier Form;
SERVICE GOODS means the goods upon which the Company is to provide the services
