Service Guarantees definition

Service Guarantees means any payments or other benefits which one party provides to the other party when it fails to meet certain Service Standards;
Service Guarantees means a payment to be made by one party where it fails to meet a particular Service Standard, as that payment is set out in Schedule 1: Service Standards.
Service Guarantees means a guarantee by the Distributor to provide the service level commitments described in paragraphs 2.1 to 2.6 (both inclusive) of Schedule Six;

  • Medicaid Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between a state agency or other entity administering the Medicaid program and a health care operation under which the health care operation agrees to provide services for Medicaid patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicaid Regulations.

  • Corporate Guarantee means the guarantee required to be executed hereunder by the Corporate Guarantor in such form as the Bank may agree or require ;
