Service Guides means the description, pricing, and other terms and conditions for the Service may be contained in a Service Guide, which may be found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ publications or other locations Vendor may designate.

Service Guides. (“Guides”). The Claro Enterprise Solutions Service Guides include prices, service descriptions and other terms pertaining to Your Services. This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms of each such Tariff and Service Guide. If the Customer uses the Custodian’s future advising Service, S.W.I.F.T. same day amendment and cancellation Service, or Multibank Payment Service, the provisions relating to amendment and cancellation in the Service Guides for such Services will prevail over this Section 8 to the extent of any inconsistencies.
This Order and its Appendices and Service Guides, along with the Master Agreement, constitute the parties’ entire agreement and supersede any prior written or oral agreements related to its subject matter, including any proposals or marketing materials.
