Service Inquiry (SI) definition

Service Inquiry (SI) means the investigative process convened by the CA in accordance with MAA Regulatory Publications, Regulatory Articles GEN 1000 Series, Regulatory Article 1420 RA 1420 - Service Inquiries (SI) - CA following an accident or serious incident as defined in RA 1420.
