Service Interruptions definition

Service Interruptions means that the Software Services are not Available.
Service Interruptions. We may perform maintenance on our systems from time to time, which may result in interrupted service.   • Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.

  • Supply of services means any transaction which does not constitute a supply of goods.
