Service Inventory means Inventory consisting of (a) component parts used to repair defective products and (b) finished units provided for Customer use either permanently or on a temporary basis while a defective product is being repaired and, in each case, specified as “service parts inventories” (or with a similar description) on the balance sheets of the Loan Parties.
