Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 5.11(a) to the contrary, so long as the Debtor shall (or cause the Lessee to) maintain, inspect, service, repair, overhaul and test the Engine (and maintain and keep any Records) at a level which fully satisfies in all respects the terms and conditions of the Lease, the Debtor shall be deemed to have complied in all respects to the terms and conditions of this Section 5.11(a).
