Service Level Breach definition

Service Level Breach means a failure by the Service Provider to achieve the timelines for the Deliverables as specified in the final Project Implementation Plan or any one or more Service Levels specified in this Service Provider Agreement.
Service Level Breach means a failure by the Service Provider to maintain a target specified in respect of any one or more Service Levels.
Service Level Breach has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b).

More Definitions of Service Level Breach

Service Level Breach means a failure by the Supplier to maintain a target specified in respect of one or more of the Performance Undertakings;
Service Level Breach means failure of UPMC to satisfy the Service Levels set forth in each applicable SOW in the manner described therein.

Party shall in addition comply with any other data breach notification requirements required under federal or state law.

  • Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period, rounded to the nearest minute that the link state of Customer’s Port is ‘down’ due to:
