Service Level Period definition

Service Level Period will mean (i) with respect to the first contract year, the ten-month period commencing on 60th day after the Launch Date, and (ii) with respect to each contract year thereafter, each subsequent twelve-month period that Orbitz is obligated to provide the Hosting Services.
Service Level Period means 24x7: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Service Level Period mean the time period for measuring the Service Provider’s performance against Service Levels, such time period being specified in Schedule 1;

Examples of Service Level Period in a sentence

  • Saviynt will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Subscription Service Available for Use no less than ninety-nine-point five percent (99.5%) of the Scheduled Uptime during the Service Level Period, as calculated on a monthly basis, subject to the exclusions below (“Service Commitment”).

Related to Service Level Period

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Service Terms means the service terms applicable to each Service, which are made part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service, and any subsequent modifications we make to those terms.

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • Price Level means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any day (official closing price).
