Service Liability Claims definition

Service Liability Claims means all Liabilities of the Company resulting from or under (i) any warranty made or allegedly made by the Company prior to the Closing Date with respect to any product it distributes or uses or any services it renders (“Business Products”), (ii) any alleged defect in, non-performance or deficiency of any nature in any Business Product sold or provided (as applicable) prior to the Closing Date, or (iii) any injury to person or property caused or alleged to be caused to any degree by any Business Product sold or provided (as applicable) prior to the Closing Date.
Service Liability Claims means all Liabilities of the Company or the Subsidiary resulting from or under (i) any warranty made or allegedly made by the Company or the Subsidiary prior to the Closing Date with respect to any product it distributes or uses or any services it renders (“Business Products”), (ii) any alleged defect in, non-performance or deficiency of any nature in any Business Product sold or provided (as applicable) prior to the Closing Date, or (iii) any injury to person or property caused or alleged to be caused to any degree by any Business Product sold or provided (as applicable) prior to the Closing Date.
