Service License means the right to use the Service within the scope permitted under the Agreement. In the event the Customer purchases a new user license for the Software, the Service License for the first year shall be included in the new user license. Therefore, the Customer is entitled to use the Service gratis during the service period of the first year.

  • You are solely responsible for any and all aspects of your use of the Membership Website and Company Content as specified or explicitly authorized in this Service License.
