Should any Services need to be performed outside of the Service Hours, the Supplier will give the Service Manager written notice of its intention to do so in accordance with the relevant notice period(s) prescribed in Schedule A, in which event the Service Manager will make the necessary arrangements to enable the Supplier to perform the Services outside of the applicable Service Hours.
The Contractor notifies the Service Manager in time for a test or inspection to be arranged and done before doing work which would obstruct the test or inspection.
The Service Manager will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the Services, including: Calling for reports from the Supplier before and/or after any scheduled or unscheduled Maintenance; Attending to the signing off of any reports submitted by the Supplier; Calling for and inspecting the Service Log of the Supplier from time to time to ensure that it is up to date; and Reporting Faults and Incidents to the Supplier in the manner prescribed in Schedule D.
The Supplier will co-operate fully and comply with all reasonable Instructions issued by the Service Manager in relation to this Agreement.
It will at all times comply with the reasonable Instructions of the Service Manager.
