Service Outlet definition

Service Outlet means a place at or through which any of the Services are delivered; and
Service Outlet means a place at which Disability Services are provided.
Service Outlet means a facility at which a manufac- turer, importer or distributor has authorized the performance of work to rectify a manufacturer’s, importer’s or distributor’s prod- uct or warranty defects or delivery and preparation obligations or has authorized the use of a trade name, trademark or service mark also used to designate, make known or distinguish the manufac- turer’s, importer’s or distributor’s motor vehicles or dealers in connection with a service facility.

More Definitions of Service Outlet

Service Outlet means a building or part of a building whether in conjunction with a retail store or not, used for the repair or servicing of goods, commodities, articles or materials, but not the manufacturing thereof.
