Service Period definition

Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
Service Period means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the Distribution Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date that a Party terminates the provision of such Service pursuant to Section 4.02, (b) the date that is the two (2)-year anniversary of the Distribution Date and (c) the date specified for termination of such Service on the Schedules hereto.

Examples of Service Period in a sentence

  • The Service Period shall begin the date the Employer accepts the terms of the Agreement and Generates the Invoice and shall continue for one year from that date.

  • Xxxxxxxx will pay Pactiv the Base Storage Fee of a Warehouse on or before the first day of each calendar month during its Warehouse Service Period without notice by Pactiv and regardless of the quantity of Xxxxxxxx Products actually stored in a Warehouse.

More Definitions of Service Period

Service Period means the period as specified in Schedule 1;
