Service Period definition

Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
Service Period means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the Distribution Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date that a Party terminates the provision of such Service pursuant to Section 4.02, (b) the date that is the two (2)-year anniversary of the Distribution Date and (c) the date specified for termination of such Service on the Schedules hereto.
Service Period shall have the meaning given to in paragraph 5.1 of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

Examples of Service Period in a sentence

  • Each Service Subscribed by Network User under this Agreement shall have a Service Period as set out in the relevant Services Confirmation.

  • Unless other specified in a Service Order, upon completion of the each Service Period, the Service Order shall automatically renew for successive Services Periods the same length as the last Period.

  • In each Service Period, the target for availability of the Server is 99.9% (“Availability Target”).

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that unless otherwise expressly stated therein, each Service Order will include a Service Period as defined in the Service Order.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Standard Transmission Agreement and attachment A of the Access Code for Transmission, during the Contract Period, the TSO shall provide the Network User with, and the Network User shall pay for, the Transmission Services which the Network User may have subscribed pursuant to any Services Confirmation and/or has been allocated, for the relevant Service Period and in accordance with any terms and conditions set out in the relevant Services Confirmation.


More Definitions of Service Period

Service Period means the period as specified in Schedule 1;
