Service Period definition

Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
Service Period means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the applicable Distribution Date and ending on the earliest to occur of (a) the date that a Party terminates the provision of such Service pursuant to Section 5.03 and (b) the date, if any, specified for termination of such Service on the Schedules hereto, or, if no such date is specified, the date that is the eighteen (18)-month anniversary of the applicable Distribution Date.
Service Period shall have the meaning given to in paragraph 5.1 of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

Examples of Service Period in a sentence

  • Service Recipient shall not be required to pay any incremental Fees to Service Provider for the provision of any Omitted Service during the initial Service Period for such Service as set forth on Schedule A-1.

  • Unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 5.02, this Agreement shall terminate with respect to each Service as of the close of business on the last day of the Service Period for such Service.
