Service Ports definition

Service Ports means those ports where WSS will perform the Safety Services as agreed in writing between the Customer and WSS and set out in the SSFA or in an Order. If no ports are agreed in writing, the Service Ports shall be those ports notified to the Customer by WSS.
Service Ports means those ports where Survitec Safety Solutions will perform the Safety Services as agreed in writing between the Customer and Survitec Safety Solutions and set out in the SSFA or in an Order. If no ports are agreed in writing, the Service Ports shall be those ports notified to the Customer by Survitec Safety Solutions.

Examples of Service Ports in a sentence

  • For FE Service Port(s), each E-LAN Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 100Mbps.

  • For GE Service Port(s), each E-LAN Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 1Gbps.

  • WOs to add new Service Port(s) at a specific site will be for the remainder of the then current Minimum Service Commitment for that site.

  • All Service Ports ordered for a specific site under a WO will expire on the same date regardless of when they are ordered (e.g., if the original Service is in Month 10 of a 60-month fixed period rate plan, the new Service Port at that site will be billed at the 60-month MRC rate for the next 50 months).

  • For FE Service Port(s), each Residential Per-End-User Connection will have a PIR of 100Mbps Downlink and 50Mbps Uplink.

  • For GE Service Port(s), each Residential Per-End-User Connection will have a PIR of 1Gbps Downlink and 500Mbps Uplink.

  • In the same Order, the Contracting QP may choose up to two additional Service Ports to be aggregated to the same NBAP Per-End-User Connection provided that all the Service Ports are of the same type, For FE Service Port(s), each NBAP Per-End-User Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 100Mbps.

  • For GE Service Port(s), each L3 VPN Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 1Gbps.

  • For FE Service Port(s), each L3 VPN Connection will have a Symmetrical PIR of 100Mbps.

  • In the same Order, the Contracting QP may choose up to two additional Service Ports to be aggregated to the same Residential Per -End-User Connection provided that all the Service Ports are of the same type.
